Meet Wendy Barber
Wendy Barber was born in the City of Detroit and has remained a life-long resident. She is a wife and a mother of two sons. She is a proud product of the Detroit Public School system and Cooley High School.
Wendy also attended Detroit Business Institute after graduating from high school where she received a Diploma as a Word Processing Stenographic Specialist. She returned to school a little later in life and received an AA in Criminal Justice from Wayne County Community College and is currently pursuing a BA in Science and Human Services from The University of Phoenix.
Wendy began a career in residential housing cleaning and branched off into commercial cleaning and started her own business, Chore Coach Cleaning Services in October 1996. She then moved into real estate investing in 2001 and is now the proud owner of Carefree Adult Assisted Living, with several facilities working with adults who have varying levels of both mental and physical disabilities.
Wendy is now buying, and renovating properties in the metropolitan area. She has become very passionate about restoring the beauty of her beloved city, all while creating generational wealth for her family and the community. Wendy is also working as a consultant with an organization called 2 Excel, which empowers people for success in business, real-estate, marketing, speaking, selling, and winning. She is huge on community service and volunteering. She works with seniors, foster care youth and adults who have aged out the foster care system. She volunteers with groups like Sister Friends, Veterans, Returning citizen population and Vista Maria. She also works with Cancer Organizations. She is a dynamic woman who cares about others in many capacities.

Janice Jones - Secretary
Janice Jones was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and was educated in the Detroit Public School System, graduating from Thomas M. Cooley High School. She has also taken classes at Wayne County Community College,(WCCC). Janice moved to Phoenix,
Arizona in 2007 and lived there until 2014, when she returned to her home town.
She is the mother of two sons, Jerrick & Derrick Parker, and grandmother of
3, Jevon, Adaeza & Kendrick Parker.
Janice has been employed for nearly 40 years as an Administrative/Claims Assistant. She is also an author of 1 autobiography and 4 and counting Christian Fiction Novels.
While living in Phoenix, Arizona, Janice was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel of Christ in 2010 and given the nickname, Minister JJ.
Soon after returning to Detroit, she became an ordained Pastor of the Gospel of Christ. She then went from Minster JJ to Pastor JJ.
